Scope to Innovate
The current market is constantly changing and being an SME allows us to respond quickly and effectively to our clients’ needs with all the Roses involved in the design, research and development of ideas. A great example is the redesign of our website and one of our newest starters Ana making decisions to see the project through to the end.
Greater Involvement
As our boss Aneela has identified our key strengths and skills, we can be more involved in running the company. This allows all members to have an influential voice in the team meetings, offering input on the strategic direction.
Varied Roles
Our small agency requires our Rosy team to turn their hands to a variety of tasks. In addition to clearly defined responsibilities, our roles have a wide ranging brief allowing us to work closely as a team and continuously learn throughout our development at Rose Media Group.
