Aneela Rose joined other local businesses at a recent event to mark National Careers Week by sharing real life career stories and advice to Year 10 students at The Burgess Hill Academy. 44 business volunteers interacted with the students who asked questions and listened. Super atmosphere and we look forward to the next one!

This hugely important event, which takes place today, Wednesday March 8th, is designed to celebrate the achievements of women all over the world, and to inspire the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of the next generations. Embrace equity. Embrace equality for all. 

They come in three’s and we are ever so proud to have won three new clients! A local historic charity, a top UK automotive manufacturer and a global e-learning company. This was achieved through patience, confidence and being utterly brilliant! In the past 7 weeks, we have received 11 inbound new business leads…Said NO to 5. Spoken to 6. Provided 6 proposals. Positive feedback from 3. Ghosted by 3. WON 3! Sometimes you have to say NO out of strength instead of YES out of weakness. Then go celebrate the win!

It’s Valentine’s Day today, and as you might expect this is always a special day for the Roses. To make our February even more fabulous, our much-loved mobile coffee supplier Adam came equipped with sweets and flowers this morning. It’s nice to know we’re not the only ones who are born romantics!

Team Rose was out in full magenta glory on Friday 20th January at the Burgess Hill Means Business 2023 Exhibition at The Kings Centre. We realised it’s not who you know, it’s who knows us! We made so many new connections whilst catching up with wonderfully familiar faces too… handshakes ‘n’ hugs, real connections in glorious real life! Rose Media has been crowned the Creative Industries WINNER in the Sussex Business Awards 2022. We are so proud to be a small business packing an impressive punch which has been recognised! Thank you to everyone who has supported us this past year – The Rosy team is beyond ecstatic. This award category was sponsored by the University of Sussex Business School.

We welcome a new client to The Rosy Bouquet – The Sussex Archaeological Society which owns Lewes Castle, Anne of Cleves House and the stunning Michelham Priory near Hailsham. We will be promoting a wedding showcase at The Priory which boasts England’s longest medieval water filled moat and picturesque island filled with hidden treasures!

It’s the morning after the night before and we are a little starry eyed from winning the Mid Sussex Radio community quiz night! From the usual wooden spoon placing to first place was a shock and a half! There were gasps when our team ‘Top Marks’ was called out! Delighted to support our local radio station and The Woolpack pub, it was a very happy evening, enjoyed by all. We’re sharpening our pencils for the next brain teasing night out…
