About Aneela

The Backstory

After working in-house for 8 years in senior PR roles, within the aviation and IT sectors, she became an independent PR Consultant in 2004 and within a month she had won the PR contract with the prestigious Amberley Castle in West Sussex. Other clients quickly followed and within a year she had won Anglia Ruskin University’s ‘Success in Business Award’ and the DAWN ‘Inspirational Asian Woman’ Award.

Inspired and inspiring the next generation

Inspired by her two children, she adopted a growth mindset which changed her life, both professionally and personally. This taught her to create an environment of greater intimacy, where people around her can grow and evolve through inclusion, individuality and connected thinking.  Aneela loves to create memorable ‘moments’ – using real life experiences to ignite passion and confidence, and her incredible work to inspire young people within schools and universities has changed lives.

She is an engaging public speaker and her latest talk ‘Breaking barriers. Breaking Mum!’ has received acclaim.

Aneela is also a contributor to Components in Electronics magazine and on the judging panel of the Electronics Industry Awards.
