Digital PR Manager

£35,000, Full-Time, Permanent, Office-based with flexibility

Are you an ambitious, creative, and outgoing Digital PR Manager eager to make an impact in a dynamic PR team? We’re looking for a skilled communicator with a passion for digital marketing, outreach and PR to drive awareness and engagement for clients across multiple sectors. Key responsibilities:

PR and Content Strategy

  • Collaborate with the PR and content team to align campaigns across platforms and digital media outlets
  • Develop compelling content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Write and distribute press releases, thought leadership pieces, and blog content to drive engagement

Outreach and Digital PR

  • Identify and secure high-quality media placements and link-building opportunities
  • Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility
  • Monitor and analyse outreach campaigns, providing actionable insights to enhance performance
  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital PR and outreach

Client Engagement and Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, helping them achieve their communications goals
  • Prepare reports and presentations to showcase campaign results and ROI

Team Leadership

  • Manage the Social Media Executive (new position currently recruiting for)
  • Inspire a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the team

Key Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy agency environment or an in-house digital role
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for press releases, digital content, and marketing materials
  • Proven ability to secure media placements and collaborate with influencers
  • Strong knowledge of digital media channels, including social media platforms
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and their application in digital PR

Desirable

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad strategies
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms
